Ni-Cheng Liang, MD
Dr. Ni-Cheng Liang is a wife, mother, breast cancer survivor and physician. She graduated from the University of Maryland School of Medicine, University of California San Diego (UCSD) Internal Medicine residency program, completed a chief residency year, and completed pulmonary fellowship at UCSD. She is Director of Pulmonary Integrative Medicine at Coastal Pulmonary Associates affiliated with the Scripps Health Network and is a Voluntary Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of California San Diego (UCSD) School of Medicine. She is the immediate past American Thoracic Society (ATS) Integrative Therapies Interest Group Co-Chair, and is a committee member of the ATS Wellness and Burnout Collaborative. She has presented and led numerous experiential workshops locally and nationally on mindfulness, physician well-being, and integrative medicine to a variety of audiences inclusive of all levels of medical trainees, faculty physicians, healthcare administrators and patients. She enjoys reading by the beach, yoga, mindfulness based meditation, crafting, paddle boarding, writing and hiking. Dr. Liang and her husband enjoy caring for their two daughters ages 9 and 1. She is grateful to call San Diego, CA her home.
